With the accountability that The Opportunity Coach provides – through financial education, resources, gamification and goal setting – users are able to make systematic changes in their everyday financial lives.
The Opportunity Finder
The Opportunity Finder is a search tool featured in Opportunity Knocks. Families in the series use it to find local resources to solve problems and create financial freedom. Viewers have access to the same tool to replicate the success!
By keeping the search options connected to life needs and not product or service names, the individual will be able to quickly identify their actual needs.
The Opportunity Finder contains over 20,000 community-based partners that can help users find everything from support with overcoming food insecurity, to getting help with a predatory high interest loan, to starting a small business.
The first barrier for most Americans looking for help with the basic needs and financial difficulties is lack of knowledge about what is available to them. This tool breaks that barrier and allows people the opportunity to connect to organizations that want to and can help them.
